Order Cancellation

• Confirmed events/orders may be cancelled without any cancellation charges, provided that the cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event time.
• In the event that a cancellation request is received between 48 hours ~ 8 hours prior to the scheduled event time, only 50% of the total order value shall be eligible for refund.
• Once preparation or dispatch has started, cancellations may not be possible.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment
• Order not delivered
• Incorrect or damaged items received

Approved refunds will be processed within 2 to 5 business days to the original payment method.
